How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi guys,
My name is Sigo, I’m a 36 years old entrepreneur living in Paris (grew up in Michigan). Struggling with weight gain these past years which led me to the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life (tough thought), and admitting to food binge since I’m 12 (a dark disorder), this is my 1st dietbet.
I find Sydney’s journey very inspiring so I thought, well, I just need to start one day too, so why not NOW! Oh and I’m on the metric system (kg), pounds confuse me too much 😂

That is so true. I had a really bad binge yesterday, but I forced myself to get up and workout this morning.

Good job!! I had one episode as well yesterday...
We’ll find our balance, little by little, step by step... and by fighting the guilt (which in the end is worst than the over-eating...) by accepting it and turning its volume down a bit.
So congratulate yourself for this! Even a little. Let’s not forget the power of the mind in this.

Ready to bet on yourself?
