How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Who loves to workout? I mean some days I really look forward to it, but that's just some days. So to keep yourself motivated what is your go to workout, what makes you want to get out and start burning calories? Do you like to switch it up? I find that so helpful!

Exercise has been limited for me, I had a baby in March, and an abdominal surgery earlier this month which took anything that strained my core muscles off the table. I sprained my foot on top of that (I’m a hot mess haha), and am just now finally feeling up to exercising again. I want to start taking my kids on walks now that it’s nicer out, and once I’m all healed we’ll add swimming into the mix as well =]

Whatever the WOD is, that’s what I do. I am trying to get in at least 20 workouts a month (working 50-60 hours a week and homeschooling 5 kids, so sometimes it’s not always possible). But I am seeing results in not just my weight but also my abilities, and it’s fun to see progress. Also, if I skip a day just for no good reason it’s harder to go back. I have to keep up my momentum!!
