How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm pretty excited to say that after completing my first round of LIIFT4 and starting me second one this week, I put my new strength to the test. I was volunteering at a golf tournament and I moved 5 beer kegs from a pick up truck to a golf cart with one other person. I was proud of myself because I thought it was pretty heavy but able to do it. As it turns out, the kegs weigh in at 170 lbs.

I know for a fact, that I wouldn't be able to do that if I hadn't done LIIFT4.
