How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone else just fall off the wagon and have a cheat day here or there?! This happens to me all the time. I eat super healthy 5-6 days and then I just crave... bad food... like pizza! I feel like I do this and derail the hard work I’ve done over the past few days.
The weight is coming off but VERY slowly. I feel like if I could get this under control it’d move a whole lot faster

This happened to me today. I think it’s perfectly fine to have cheat meals/cheat days. As long as you get right back on the wagon the next day

One cheat day per week will not destroy all your progress.
You just have to keep working the next day.
I find it much harder to get back into it after two days without working out though.
