  • Tracking, fueling and benefiting! I’m getting good at perfecting my keto macros daily. I try to always have net carbs under 30 and LOVE getting my good fibers in. Cutting sugars has been beyond benefitical for me and it’s crazy to think of how much I used to eat. No wonder my body hurt! I now enjoy 90% dark chocolate squares as a tray and NEVER did I ever think I would like dark chocolate before! Also ended my day with almost 1800 calories which I’m realizing is a comfortable area for me. 1500-1900 is my personal goal. How are you all doing? Are you tracking to see what you’re actually eating? I use myfitnesspal.
