How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

This round is much harder! I have .8 to lose and I’m going to a festival with alcohol and food trucks today. I was going to cancel but I haven’t had much social time lately so I’m forcing myself to go and enjoy it. I will probably have a drink or two but may skip the food.
At least I’ll be doing plenty of walking.
Stay strong for the final stretch everyone!

Great compromise! Good to make healthy choices and still keep the social motivation!

I personally think it’s okay to let yourself have those things. Accept it. And get right back on the grind. If we deprive ourselves too much we reach a breaking point and often binge. Just speaking from experience :)
