For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Here in the US, this weekend marks the unofficial start of summer. But more importantly, Monday is Memorial Day. It is a day where we honor those men and women who paid the ultimate price for our freedoms.

For the challenge this weekend, I hope you will walk in memory of a fallen service member.

I will walk in memory of Big Windy 25 - a CH-47 Chinook crew from the 12th Aviation Brigade in Germany. My husband, now retired, took over command shortly after the crash occurred in April 2005. I did not personally know them, but my husband did.

The day AFTER a challenge ends, there will be a Challenge Check In post. If you complete the challenge, you'll need to comment on that Check In post to be eligible for the random drawing.

  • What a way to start off Memorial Day weekend! I got to participate in my first Murph Challenge!!! I had thought about only doing 1/4 or 1/2 but I completed the whole darn thing! Yay! I did scale the push ups, I did mine on a box and instead of normal pull ups I did ring rows, I also walked most of my last mile because my legs were so sore..lol still happy for how far I have come! 💪 ⭐Thank you for all who have served and did not make it back home and to the ones who made it home and are no longer with us.
    As always thank you to everyone who has served and the ones who are still serving!

  • Slowly getting back to running after months of being sidelined from an injury. I’ve been taking it slow. Today walked like 1, ran mile 2 then did .50 intervals of walk then run for remaining three. 🙌????
