My scale is notttt moving this week and it’s making me crazy because the effort is there 110%. I’ve worked out four days in a row and two of them were double workouts. I’ve stayed within my points and haven’t touched my weeklies and I’m still 1.5lbs away from my goal. I’m not gonna give up but it’s very discouraging. I’m extra bummed because I have birthday lunch plans with a friends and dinner plans with some other friends. Neither place really allows for many healthy choices but I will just do the best I can and drink lots of water. I’m hoping Maybe a cheat day will do my body good?

I dipped into my weeklies for a night out with friends on Thursday. I had wine, bread, chicken parm, pasta and dessert and was down this morning!

Yay! Sounds like you had a good time with friends and that you gave your body a little more of the fuel it needed to push through. Multiple double workouts can be taxing so I agree with others that taking a look at your numbers and making sure you're not in too far a deficit should help. Anyhoo, sounds like you're back in the groove and good luck to you as we close out this bet!
