How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Friends convinced me to post this so here goes. You all know I don’t enjoy putting myself out there like this. The photo on the left was Halloween 2017. This is the last photo I have of myself at that weight. That was 60 lbs ago. If you ask me, I don’t see a remarkable difference in how I look. I’ll get there someday though...why? Because I still have a long way to go but it was different for me this time. I’m not trying a crazy fast track ‘lose 20 lbs in a week’ diet. As much as I’d love to be thin and get that instant gratification I’ve always wanted...my health is so important to me this time around. The last time I did one of those diets, I lost 80 lbs. It felt awesome, it also felt really horrible when I didn’t pay attention for 5 minutes (okay maybe a bit of an exaggeration there) only to gain all of it and then some back. Health is important. And for the rest of my life, I want it to be the best of my life. I’ve learned that it’s okay to want to indulge. Who doesn’t want a cookie from crumbl, pizza and wings, and moms lasagna? But for me I have to cut back..taste and enjoy it without getting sick from eating too much. And maybe the rest of the week, eat cleaner. Be more active. Enjoy the hike, have the piece of pie, get active, laugh until my stomach hurts, run the extra mile...or in my case walk/jog and breathe heavily (yes I’m still out of shape😂). I’m not an expert on winning at life...clearly. But I’ve made a conscious effort to make my health a priority and to just be a human being that does her best to enjoy each moment. Thanks for reading this ridiculously long before/after accountability post. I appreciate you! 🙏 Have a great week!

I’m the same when when looking at pictures. But I can see a difference and you look beautiful before and after!!:relaxed:

Wow you have done an amazing job. Congratulations. I’m down almost 80 and when I look in the mirror I don’t see a difference. I can relate most definitely. You should be proud of yourself. We have ups and downs, we are human and it will continue. Getting on track is what’s important and I think you’ve definitely got this
