  • Walking right now because I can bring the kids with me in the stroller, we have a fabulous sidewalk route with trees right off my house, and round trip it’s 3 miles which is perfect. Prior to kids, kickboxing was my favorite.

I'm not sure if anyone has heard of OrangeTheory, but it's an AMAZING hiit workout. on average I burn about 600 calories per class, but it's all individualized and there are options to make it accessible for everyone! it combines treadmill, weights, and rower AND every day has a different workout -- plus your first class is free !
