How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Yesterday was the second day with the personal trainer. Worked mostly on legs and strengthening my back. My squats have improved. I also signed up with Rally Health, which is a free weight loss support program through my insurance company. We meet virtually on Monday evenings and it's 16 weeks long. They will be sending me a nutrition guide, scales, exercise videos, etc...It's all free.

Wow that is a great deal! I think my old insurance had something called Rally ,too. Is it United Health insurance? I domt remember getting all the stuff you got but i remember getting part of my gym fee refunded each month if my gym sent proof that I went to the gym x number of days!
