For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I'm currently finishing up another dietbet and it's not been very supportive or helpful. I am struggling to drop weight. I have completley cut out alcohol for a few weeks now, eating healthy and exercising. I drink on avg 100 oz of water a day. I need help. I keep dropping and gaining the same .5 lb. It's probably been 2 weeks of this. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't eat dairy or red meat. I am so frustrated. Thank you for any help.

Thank you for all the suggestions! I do appreciate that. I started last night by eating dinner before 8 and no more food after that. I slept 10.5 hours and when I weighed in I was down to 209 which is a number I've been struggling to hit. 2.6 lbs to goal for my other diet bet. I also imagine I could be eating too little. Thanks for all the help & inspiration to keep going! :muscle:

Update- IF and eating whatever I want here and there.... The weight is FINALLY coming down! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Going to cut the food down but this had been a great start. :grin:
