I suffer from chronic illness as well and am a fellow autoimmune warrior! Psoriatic arthritis here and in a flare for the last week or so. Super frustrated I feel like I can’t hit the ground running (literally haha) with exercise! Hang in there and don’t give up, do the best that you can and don’t be too hard on yourself either!
