Does anyone else struggle with weighing themselves everyday?!
When I loose everyday (especially when I’ve followed 2b) I’m happy but when I go up or stay the same I find it so frustrating and want to toss the scale and the 2b program!
I know weighing yourself daily is a tool however I think it might backfire on my binge eating self!
Might go to once/twice a week Mondays and Fridays (start of week and right before the weekend) .

Fun fact! The one pound I had gained I lost this morning!
I think maybe I should weigh every day however just know that every two/three days is when I’ll see it on the scale!
