For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Here is your challenge as promised!

    Complete this workout by Friday morning (12/6) for a chance to win an amazon gift card. I will randomly pick 2 players from the comments of this thread only. Each winner will receive an amazon gift card sent via email for $35 (giving you your bet back amazon ????)

    You must complete both parts of the workout starting with 1 mile of cardio then delving into the 2 rounds below. If you can’t do all of these movements please modify, but please do your best to keep moving at an even pace the entire duration or the workout and do your best to do both rounds. Quick yet effective for all fitness levels. If you need a break take it, please use you best judgement based on your physical ability.

  • Woke up early and got this in before work - Definitely was dreading working out in the morning (typically a after work person) but I currently feel amazing 😊 appreciate the motivation Franny especially since I slipped yesterday on my diet. ????
