How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hello lovely people. Am so passed myself with all the over-eating. Really hoping this will keep me accountable & kick the year off with some really healthy habits. Am based in the UK, have committed to DRY January (so no alcohol) & RED January which is a fundraiser meaning you commit to doing some form of exercise every day. These are my aims. It would be great if some of you wanted to share your plans/resolutions/commitments. Good luck everyone 😉

Hello, and good luck to you! I’ve learned that I am either 100% on the wagon with eating healthy and exercising, or I’m 100% off and spend my time being inactive and mindlessly eating. My goal is to hopefully find a happy medium between the two instead of yoyo-ing the same gain and loss over and over.

Yes! I'm doing no alcohol in January too! So I can get on track with dieting and working out.
