For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

So I threw my back out during my workout this morning. I had a very sore leg muscle that I was kind of ignoring and I kept working out. Lesson learned. I am hoping this doesn't take weeks to get better (can barely walk currently). I also hope I don't gain weight and keep losing. I have lost 28 pounds since March and I have 28 pounds to go.

My back has always been susceptible to injury so I baby the heck out of it. I am doing Step Bet for exercise so I slowed my pace and joined less intense games. This helped but once I started doing yoga stretches before bed and when I woke up I really noticed the difference. Today I got 11;000+ steps in with minor twinges. I don’t want to jinx it:) but I think I am healing/healed. Go slow keep exercising and congratulations on the awesome weight loss.
