For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • For my USA Fitness Warriors family. I am hosting an online Pampered chef fundraising USA. My Lovely Fitness Warrior friend Pearl Johnson is a USA pampered Chef Rep (as well as an awesome stand up comedian:). So in support of my south side of the border Fitness Warriors family I am hosting an on line, no social distance required, pass the artichoke dips Pampered Chef Party! My hostess proceeds go to a US charity involved in Covid Relief and providing shelter to Covid aid front line workers. Invite your friends and family. Also please book Pearl for your next party.

Overall progress: cutting out sugar made all the difference. Stepbet and runbet are on track. Not much but they keep me honest, make me move on a regular basis.

I cut sugar and grains. I feel so much better all around without them!


Great job!! I need to do so too!! I know it is luke my gateway drug....I have some and start wanting more and more and spiral accordingly!

And I'm with Ren, when I cut down on it, I feel so much better!

You guys better win this! :)
I'm only about halfway to my goal and perfectly fine with that. No longer gaining, finding some kind of routine to focus on important stuff is major.

The world as we know it will be different in so many ways. And there will be so much change for the better as well, despite COVID.
