I need some motivation, as of Friday I was 2 lbs from my goal. Then I enjoyed my weekend a little too much and started my period. I know it’s all reversible but those last two pounds have been so hard and now I’m a few past that. Ugh, not sure I’m gonna make it 😐

Same! Buckling down this week to be able to reach my goal. I’ve got to loose 6lbs this week. It’s so hard to stay on track. Upping our water and staying focused will get us there!
