How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Had a rough day yesterday. I wanted to give up. I miss gorging on junk. Instead I picked myself up (after a much needed pep talk) and went to the grocery store to get myself a healthy meal that was out of my norm (I needed the change). Picked up these flowers for myself as a reminder that I’m worth loving myself. I don’t allow my 4 year old to eat crap because I love him and care about his health. I deserve to love myself with the same kind of love. It might be tough. But tough love is still love. Hope this helps someone today.
