How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does it help anyone else to stay off the scale for a couple days in a row and then it moves down when u finally get back on it? I realized if I weigh myself everyday, I’m stuck (vibrationally) in the same number all the time, but if I give myself 3-4 days between it seems to move faster.. anyone else feel like this?

I really like weighing every day because i learn which specific foods impact my body. For instance if I have dairy products - even low fat or skim - i gain. And if i limit dairy (nonfat Greek yogurt is one of my favs) i tend to lose more.

I love weighing everyday even though I know the pounds of a cheat meal can take a whole week to show up on the scales. I tend to be more cautious with what I’m eating when I see the scales creeping up. If I don’t weigh for a whole week, I tend to do more damage than good... I guess we’ve all got to experiment until we find what works for us.
