I’m thankful for this group. I had a terrible weekend with eating way too many bad foods. Cookies, bread, you name it, I ate it. I told myself this week I would snap back. I gained most of what I had lost since the beginning of the dietbet over the weekend and it depressed me when I weighed myself yesterday. I didnt eat great yesterday but it wasn’t like the weekend. I’m getting back on track and today has been on point so far. Looking forward to the rest of the week. Thank you all for the motivation!

One bad meal won’t kill your entire weight loss. Since you ate food high in carbs your body is retaining water. Enjoy one or the other. Depriving yourself only makes you want more. Or 1/2 the cookie and 1/2 the bread
