Ok, FFS... Yesterday was a crazy stressful day and work, and I ended up making some food choices that I'm not happy with (Let's be real, I had chocolate chips and granola bars for lunch and a bowl of cottage cheese with chocolate syrup on it for dinner).

Bad day, whatever - they happen. I tried to move on mentally and get a good night's sleep. Woke up this morning to a brand new low *Yay!!*

So, why, why, WHY??? Did I eat a damned candy bar AND a bag of gummies for breakfast this morning?!?

Ugh. I hate that I do this to myself every freaking time. I start to see the tiniest bit of success and I sabotage myself all over again.

Trying to put the day back together... it isn't even 9:30am here. I grabbed a protein shake to fill me up - so that makes 570 calories and a measly 20g of protein for the day so far. So I guess I'll be sticking with canned tuna and veggies for the rest of the day at this point.
