Anyone else in here suffering from stress eating? Or depression eating?
Because I honestly am.
I’m 31% away from goal and I’m just stress eating due to work and idk what to do.

Any idea would be great

My job is so stressful right now and I've found it helpful to plan when I'm going to go outside for my jog/walk. When I get back home I feel much better and more in control of my eating. Try it and see if it works for you!

Thank you all for your input. I try to drink enough water brought a second water bottle to leave a work, sometimes eating just doesn’t happen when it gets too busy. And there are days I work 12 hour shift and exhausted but I workout every morning to have some me time before all the crazy starts.
