I am not gonna make my goal I am not close so much stuff was going on that caused me to eat crap but actually that's an excuse I've been working out consistently but its just not gonna happen this time around I'll try again but I'm really disappointed in myself.

There is such a thing as working out too much. Perhaps you should cut back, maybe more weightlifting than cardio. Maybe intermittent fast more, and if you are having 1500 calories or less a day, you should bump it up or do calorie confusion
