How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    For my DietBet games I like to do weekly challenges to help everyone stay in track with their health goals. And the first challenge is something I always like to do! The Workout Weekly Challenge! All you have to do is complete 4-5 workouts of at least 30-45 minutes this week to be eligible to win $10 PayPal cash! Your workouts can be anything that get your heart rate going: walking, swimming, running, bicycling, fitness class, at home workout videos…anything! Once you complete a workout you can post it here in this thread, the DietBet Wall, or the Facebook Group Page. Feel free to post sweaty selfies, a screen shot of your fitness tracker, or a simple “I did _____today”. I'll be picking two winners for the $10 cash prizes on Monday 9/7/2020.   • And Sunday afternoon, my Moma and I walked all over her home town looking for my grandparents "our town hero's" flags. Brisk walking just about 2 hours and 15 minutes. My poor chubby legs are not used to 2 walks in week, let alone a day! (If you look close, you can see the end of Seneca Lake.)
