I am getting into a routine again and look forward to losing the weight gained during COVID!

  • So far I’ve hit my goal everyday!! I take my dog for long walks, when I’m not feeling motivated at all I have my boyfriend drop me and the dog off atleast a mile from the house so I have no choice but to walk back 😂😂
