  • Week 2 of dietbet!! Happy Monday team.
    Hope everyone had a productive weekend. I hiked Saturday and took a rest day Sunday, food could have been better but I feel like broken record with that one. Anyways started my Monday with some cardio 3.25 miles at 5 am which really felt great.
    Followed up by my favorite snack pop cakes w/ PB I also had some eggs for some more protein.

    I’ll be picking the winners for the weekend challenge $50 Nike gift cards today and will post shortly. Make today a productive day guys. Make it a point to over come any mental hurdles you might be facing. You can do this.

Did great today! Got my water intake down and eating as good. Just finished my workout and i know I’m going to feel it on my legs tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great workout Monday!
