How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone have any tips for snacks? Or healthy snacks? Late evening snacking is my downfall, could be amazing all day and then boom 🙈

Same! I’ve spent the last week trying to break myself of that habit and it hasn’t been as hard as I thought, but if I just can’t power through, I’ll eat a handful of grapes, maybe some nuts, a square of dark chocolate or popcorn. Popcorn is great bc you can have a ton without really overdoing it on calories (as long as its not drowning in butter). Just make sure to pop it yourself instead of buying the microwave kind, which is full of chemicals.

Thank you  I’ve always bought the bags or even the ones that are already popped. Didn’t realise they were that bad.
