How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

We are a potato loving family and I started making cauli-mash instead of mashed potatoes several years ago. Steam cut up cauli until fork tender in a pot (put cauli in, just a bit of water, then put on a lid), drain rest of water off, put back in the pot, and give it a few more minutes to cook off more water. Smash with a fork while you're doing this last bit. Then add seasonings you prefer - we are big on garlic and Morton's Natures Seasons and pepper. Keep smashing. If you have a stick blender, this is a good tool to use in the pot to smash everything up. Add a little flavored olive oil (we love one called Butter from our local oil store) in there. Blend until you like the conistency. Everyone loves it from the grownups to the 4 year old!
