How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

How did everyone go today? I am counting calories (1800 as I am breastfeeding) and I am looking forward to my mini magnum ice cream for when the kids are in bed 😅! How is everyone planning to loose weight this challenge?

Whitney, I am no expert. I think it depends on how old your baby is. My doctor said 1500 is probably fine and just keep an eye on babies weight gain... On kellymom it says that 1800 would be even better. I reckon you will still loose heaps on 2000 calories, I maintained my weight personally with 2500- 3000 calories a day... Just do you
