How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm just a few pounds away from goal. While I've lost games in the past, I've continued to play through the years and little by little I've gone from 266 to 170 and it'll be 167 if I hit goal for this game. So close to the 100 pounds lost mark. My initial goal weight was 175.. Well I smoked that goal so the new one is 155...no matter how many months or year(s) it takes, I know I'll eventually get there. The important part is to maintain and continue to push forward through the set backs. Good luck to all my fellow diet betters, we've got this 💪

@yaricxa it has taken me 3.5 almost 4 years. In March of 2021 it'll be 4 years. I used to see Instagram posts and see women loose 100 pounds in 1 year and felt like a loser. But now I realize doing it at my pace works for me. Maintaining is the hardest part. If you can do that and have some months where you maintain and others where you lose, it you will eventually get there!
