It's been 2 years since I've done a dietbet and this year has been rough. I am the heaviest I've been since I had my now 4.5 year old. I have tried off and on to keep my eating in check/exercise/lose weight this year, and have had zero success. I have only gained weight. I need some help! Excited to play.

Get an action plan together! That helped me so much when I first got back into working out. If you have done any of Autumn's programs use those food containers and drink water like a fish.
Always remember that YOU can do anything. Don't call it a bad day if you slip and have an oreo or a piece of candy, etc. Note it down, and think of what drew you to it (boredom, emotions, stress), and think of other things to do when you feel that.
