I only ate out once this week! Every morning I had a yellow squash and zucchini hash with an egg. I made kale spaghetti with zucchini and lemon sauce. Eggplant parmesan for two dinners with a side salad. With every meal I made sure to eat veggies and snacked fruits. This is the best I've eaten yet!
