For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Okay guys, Friday is the last day of our Fitness Challenge! Please comment below this post when you finish the challenge. You have until Saturday at 12:00 PM PST to report in. We will have our drawing shortly after that for the $20 Amazon gift card

    Challenge reminder:

    Monday-Friday: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise each day. Walking, jogging, swimming, elliptical, sports, weight lifting whatever you want........Your choice. You can break it up into segments if you need to. :)
