I'm a calorie counter as well, so I can relate to the big lesson learned about calories! That's great!

Biggest challenge I overcame was let myself eat some candy for Christmas and then have to stop again. I have to cold turkey and it's very hard to "treat myself" and not binge candy! But this is my first day back to no candy
