How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Okay guys I need some help. I have been pushing hard in my workouts this week. Eating clean and drinking lot of water. But my scale is not moving 😩😩😩. Yes I only need to lose one more pound for this diet bet. But I had a personal goal of 5 pounds....what do I need to do different?!?

Agreed. While calorie counting doesn’t need to be forever. Try adding up your daily calories - even a tablespoon of olive oil should be added. Then you can understand if you are in a calorie deficit. Try “lose it” app.

I agree with the comments and also change up your workouts. Our bodies adapt to what we are doing. Try throwing in weights or resistance training. That’s how I push through a plateau. I have to challenge my body differently.
