  • I love seeing all the delicious meals you guys are making. There are so many awesome ideas here on how to make your food more nutritious, so many healthy choices!
    What are some healthy substitutes you add to your meals? Do you use zucchini noodles instead of regular pasta, or ground up cauliflower for your pizza crust instead of regular dough?

"Healthy Noodles" from Costco! Best replacement noodle I've had and 60 calories for the entire bag.

My fav bread replacement for a sandwich is a chaffle! Just 2 eggs and a half cup of cheese put into a waffle maker! It puffs up into a break like texture and is so yummy!!
