For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’ve chosen to do the 10/6 intermittent fasting because my weaknesses are mindless eating in the mornings when my daughter is getting ready for school and a glass of wine or snack at night. Cutting those times out of my eating time initially has helped me cut weight out organically without having to be super aggressive about dieting when I do eat.

I have moderation is key for me. If I try to specifically cut something out of my diet, that’s all I want. But if I allow myself a treat here and there, I am able to maintain.
