Today's summary!
I definitely ate more than usual but it was my mom's birthday! Too stuffed to eat dessert!
Bfast - stoked oats oatmeal, Granola bar and naked berry smoothie
Snack - sweet potato chips
Lunch - Brown rice with seafood (leftovers) and veggies
Snack - cauliflower crackers and a naked strawberry banana smoothie
Dinner - chicken and mushroom Alfredo, Costco cheese bun with queso dip and their dill pickle salad!
W/O - 20 min barre and 10 min abs
H20 - closer to 3L today but still room for improvement
Thinking tomorrow will be a low carb day as I went a bit carb-tastic today!

Any debloat recipes?! I usually will start the day with lemon water after a heavy eating day!
