For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Let's talk water! I haven't been as consistent as I usually am, but I'm generally a bit of a water fiend.

My goal is technically around half my body weigh in ounces. (So if you weighed 200 pounds you'd drink 100 ounces in water). But lately I just aim to drink three of my 32 oz water cups a day. It's a bit more than that half number I quoted, but it's easier to remember - and the easier something is to do, the more likely I am to do it!

Is water one of your healthy habits - that you have or want to start? Or are you strictly coffee/soda/tea/alcohol/etc?

Water is essential for life - and I know I personally feel so much better when I'm on top of my water intake.

If you don't drink a lot of water now, I encourage you to give it a try for a week and see how you feel. (I wouldn't recommend trying it during a busy or over-the-road week, adjusting to lots of extra fluid can take a few days!)

Flavor it up if it helps (although try to stop short of making knock-off kool aid), or change up still with sparkling! If any of you have any other tips to make water more enticing, please share!

I drink 96oz of water a day and then on top of that there is at least 1 cup of coffee. More often than not, 2. No sodas and I very rarely drink.
