How do you all choose to treat yourselves? I feel like never treating myself is not sustainable in the long run but when I do treat myself I go overboard and tend to take days to get back on track the way I would like. I’m curious what has worked for everyone else, as I’m struggling to find a balance that works for me.

This is me. When I treat myself with food, I go crazy. I think I have some binge eating to work on. However, my favourite is snacking at night. If I know this is what I want to do, I don’t eat as much during the day so I can keep my macros and calories for later on!
