HELP!!
Any suggestions welcome!

I feel like I’ve been really motivated and on-track this week. These two weeks really. Workouts have been awesome. I’m feeling energized and even adding a little extra cardio some days, cuz I just feel so good and really wanna succeed at this DietBet.
My nutrition has been at about 90%. I’m a nibbler and have nibbled a few times during the week, on “off-plan” foods (ie: peanut m&ms and a handful of cereal), but feel like I’ve been so much better about nutrition than I have in a long time!!

And the scale went UP A POUND this week. 😩😩

I know the checklist we’re supposed to go down: But how do you FEEL? How are your clothes fitting? Are you noticing any changes in your body? Are you constipated? Are you getting enough sleep? Is it that time of the month?

I’ve asked myself all the things….. still can’t figure out why the scale isn’t going in the right direction for me…..

Trust the process and stay the course!! I’m feeling the same things. Keep going and go give up. Even if you lose your $35 bucks because you couldn’t move the scale, focus on non-scale victories.

Definitely water! More water = more weight loss. I was drinking my weight in oz and the scale stopped moving. Added in another 64oz a day and lost like 4lbs over the course of a week!
