50km bike ride today... and I'm struggling with figuring out the best way to get my electrolytes and protein afterwards while on keto. I've felt vaguely nauseous since... and this has happened for the last few long rides. Any suggestions?

You should watch Dr. Berg's videos on keto. He's so helpful!

Do you use Redmond real salt? Great for helping retain some of those fluids. You don’t need carbs. Try upping your fat intake and protein. Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. Rob Cywes are great!
