Self sabotage last night because I realized I will be gaining weight during my menstrual cycle when we actually have to end the dietbet and put our last numbers in. It's so close that with the extra 2-3lb gain I might loose the bet and so I ate a ton last night. But I'm back to trying to loose more so I still will win but now it's all a mental game. How can I loose less during my cycle and maybe even less bloat?? Any tips would be appreciated.

I go very low carb, it’s the only thing that actually helps. If I stay under 30 grams of net carbs for a few days I loose a lot of water weight

Me too!! And I had the same thought yesterday! I've upped my water and am trying to stay active. I've found that the cleaner I eat the less period symptoms I get too so that's my motivation!
