Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

How do you guys stay on track during the weekends? Do you let loose a little and cheat on your diet or do you stick to the plan?

I’ll save calories sometimes so I can eat out, and I drink diet soda to help me stay feeling full.

I find it’s easier on the weekends bc i have the time to cook and prepare meals….if i don’t cook ahead during the week….i find myself snacking
