How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hello all! I hope you are all off to a great start! It is so easy for my posts and responses to get lost in our group page so I want to put everything in this post so that way it can stay at the top of the group!

First!
The workout program is linked below! You will notice there are not sets or reps listed. This is a HIIT workout. I recommend everyone start out with 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest between workouts. Complete all workouts four times. If you find this is too easy for you, then up the work time and shorten the rest time.

Second! The Meal plan is linked below! Remember that you do not have to follow this exactly and I always input your foods into MFP in case your ingredients have different calorie counts. The meal plan is only for seven days, but I would highly recommend that you repeat the days in order to keep things simple rather than making something brand new every day.

Third! I have gotten some questions so let me try and answer as many as possible in the post. if I missed anything please comment your questions. I will respond in the comments so read through the comments to see if I answer your question there :)

How to weight in? You will need to take two photos. One of your feet with the code word they will provide when you are trying to submit your weight in. The second photo is a full body photo that will need to show you standing the scale. All photos are kept private.

How do I know how much weight I need to lose to win? You will take your current weight and multiply it by .04. This will give you the amount you need to lose.

Do we weigh every week or just at the end?

It’s up to you if you want to weigh in every week. Weekly weigh ins are not mandatory. The initial and final weigh ins are mandatory.
