Any tips to get back into exercising?

It seems the day Covid interrupted my life, I stopped exercising my usual hour a day Insanity or elliptical or running, etc. Now over a year later, It’s like I’m mentally scared to take the first step to get back into it. Any ideas?

Hey coach! At my peak in 2013 I would go to a personal trainer at 5 AM and an hour of cardio after work - usually elyptical but sometimes walking on the treadmill if I’m tired. I was in great shape and I think that since I’m so far from that now (maybe in my own mind), it seems overwhelming to even begin. BUT here we are ladies and gents ! We can all do this!!!!
