Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • What kinda diet has everyone been using to meet their diet bet goal ? :) I’ve been doing 1,200 calories a day Mon - Fri (office job, so never that hungry) + one hr at gym one day, an hour walk the next alternating ???? I eat maintenance calories sat and Sunday and enjoy meals with my other half!
    Today’s munch was yum! Would love to follow people using insta to track progress :) I’m @thehangrydieter
