How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Who does meal prepping as a weight loss strategy? As many of you probably know, it can be a very effective approach.

Here are just some of the benefits of meal prepping:

    Less cheating
    Usually saves money
    Helps with portion control
    HUGE time saver
    Helps meet your fitness goals
    Gives a great variety

But, what I love most about it is that you have your meals ready to go for when you get hungry and you are less tempted to grab something easy, fast, and unhealthy.

Check out this great blog with lots more info:

Meal prepping definitely helps lots of people. But keep finding what works best for you. It may be this or something else entirely. :)

Susan O.

I do all my meal prepping and packing on Sunday. It makes for a much easier week!
